Shipping Policy

​To ensure all orders are packaged with care, we normally allow 1-2 business days to process your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached (if applicable). 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

  • For online orders, we will provide a free return shipping label. 

  • Please email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return to request a return shipping label.

Exceptions:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use​

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • For online orders, we will provide a free return shipping label. 

  • For in-store returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
